$25.00 base fee for online notarizations. Includes online session setup, secure video hosting, and identity verification. Standard Texas statutory signature fees ($10 for 1st signature, $1 for additional) apply.  In addition to standard in-person notarizations, Sign With Sam is also certified for online notarizations. 

Our legal document signing services start with a flat rate of $50.00 for distances up to 20 miles in Texas. For distances beyond 20 miles, we charge $0.76 per additional mile, ensuring you have access to trusted notary services wherever you need them, from 21 to 100 miles.  

Distance will be calculated upon scheduling.

• 5:00pm - 9:00pm - $30 additional fee
• 9:01pm - midnight - $50 additional fee
• 12:01am - 6:00am - pricing varies

Available on weekends and holidays (holiday pricing varies).

In the event our notary arrives and must wait for your availability, you will be charged $45.00 per 30 minute period.
